Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support College master in overseeing the College’s holistic operations and governance, ensuring that core functions—including administration, communications/public relations, and student affairs—run in a standardized and efficient manner.
2. Lead the administrative team’s tiered development, coordinate role-based collaboration and workflow execution, facilitate work reviews and reflection, empower the team to enhance professional capabilities, and cultivate an efficient, highly collaborative Office atmosphere.
3. Responsible for the Office’s day-to-day operational maintenance, process optimization, and follow-up supervision of key matters; coordinate cross-department collaboration across the university and ensure resource integration and implementation.
4. Serve as a key liaison point for both internal and external stakeholders, maintain relationships with university departments, partner organizations, alumni, and donors, and continuously expand resources to support the College’s development.
5. Plan and implement the College’s overall communications and brand promotion strategy, using multiple channels to shape the College’s image and strengthen its influence and outreach.
6. Support and coordinate the implementation of various whole-person education initiatives and featured activities, drive solid progress in holistic education, and help students develop comprehensively.
7.Deepen the home-school collaboration mechanism and strengthen cross-departmental coordination to ensure the efficient and sustained follow-up and resolution of individual student cases, thereby solidifying a robust support network for student development.; Explore innovative pathways for content-driven education, develop a distinctive educational system, systematically summarize outcomes from key initiatives, and distill work models that can be replicated.
8. Coordinate the secretariat functions of working groups, board of directors, assembly of fellows and committees across the College, including meeting organization, minutes preparation, follow-up actions, and the establishment of work mechanisms, to ensure governance processes remain standardized and orderly.
9. Assist in improving the College’s management policies and operational procedures, establish a standing mechanism for risk identification and response, and advance the College’s move toward standardized and institutionalized governance.
10. Fully support the Dean in executing all special assignments; proactively take on temporary and breakthrough-oriented special projects assigned by the College’s leadership to ensure stable and continuous advancement of all College work.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. At least 15 years of work experience, with priority given to candidates experienced in university college governance, administrative management, student affairs, communications/PR, and the management of large-scale projects and events.
3. Fluent bilingual proficiency (Chinese and English), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages—capable of independently handling bilingual official correspondence, drafting documents, and external communications.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, coordination, public presentation, and PR crisis-handling ability; able to engage diverse stakeholders and manage complex matters effectively.
5. Strong sense of ownership and independent project coordination capability; skilled at integrating and mobilizing internal and external resources; proactive in driving implementation on the ground; high sense of responsibility and execution strength, with the ability to independently undertake key and complex assignments.
6. Passion for higher education, strong identification with the college-based whole-person education philosophy, and demonstrated professional responsibility, service mindset, and teamwork spirit.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ, and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

1. 协助书院院长统筹书院部门整体运作,统筹行政、传讯公关、学生事务等核心板块规范高效运转。
2. 负责书院行政团队的梯队建设,统筹书院团队分工协作与工作复盘,赋能团队专业能力提升,营造高效协同的院办氛围。
3. 负责书院办公室日常行政运维、流程优化与事务督办,统筹校内跨部门协同对接与资源整合落地。
4. 担任书院内外核心联络窗口,维护校内部门、合作机构、校友及捐赠方关系,持续拓展书院发展资源。
5. 统筹规划并落地书院整体传讯与品牌推广策略,通过多元渠道塑造书院形象、提升书院影响力与宣传力度。
6. 支撑并统筹书院各类全人教育项目、特色活动落地实施,扎实推进书院全人教育,助力学生全面发展。
7. 深化家校协同机制,强化跨部门联动,高效且长期跟进与解决学生个案,切实筑牢学生成长支持网络;积极探索育人内容创新路径,构建具有思廷特色的育人体系。
8. 统筹书院各类工作组及院董会、委员会秘书工作,会务、纪要、督办与构建工作,保障书院治理机制规范有序。
9. 协助完善书院各项管理制度与运营流程,建立常态化风险排查与应对机制,推进书院规范化、制度化建设; 全力协助院长落实各项专项委派任务,主动承接书院管理层交办的各类临时及攻坚专项工作,保障书院各项工作稳定推进。
岗位要求:
1. 本科以上学历。
2. 至少十五年以上工作经验,拥有高校书院管理、行政管理、学生事务、公关传讯、大型项目活动管理相关从业经验者优先。
3. 精通中英文双语,具备优秀的中英文书面撰写能力与口头沟通交流能力,可出色完成双语公务对接、文稿撰写、对外交流等工作。
4. 具备出色的人际交往、沟通协调、公众表达与公关应变能力,擅长对接多元主体、处理复杂事务。
5. 具备高度自主工作意识与独立项目统筹能力,善于整合、调动内外部资源,主动推进工作落地,责任心强、执行力强,可独立承担重点复杂工作。
6. 热爱高等教育事业,认同书院制全人教育理念,具备极强的职业责任感、服务意识与团队协作精神。
