深圳技术大学音乐学院赴上海音乐学院、上海戏剧学院调研

近日，深圳技术大学音乐学院院长、继续教育学院院长王志昕教授应邀赴上海戏剧学院，参加“世界艺术科技对话”大会上海论坛，与国内外专家学者围绕艺科融合前沿议题展开交流。

Recently, Professor Wang Zhixin, Dean of the School of Music and Dean of the School of Continuing Education at Shenzhen Technology University, was invited to Shanghai Theatre Academy to attend the Shanghai Forum of the "World Art and Technology Dialogue" Conference, engaging with domestic and international experts and scholars on cutting-edge topics in the integration of art and technology.

为深化专业内涵建设，汲取国内一流艺术院校先进经验，推动学院高质量发展，2026年4月27日，王志昕院长率队，携杨晓霞副教授和蔡沐辰老师一行，前往上海开展专题调研。此行先后走访上海音乐学院音乐工程系、音乐戏剧系及上海戏剧学院音乐剧中心，围绕专业建设、教学理念及培养方案等核心议题进行深入交流。

To deepen the intrinsic quality of academic programs, draw on the advanced experience of first-class domestic art institutions, and promote the high-quality development of the School, on April 27, 2026, Professor Wang Zhixin, Dean of the School of Music of Shenzhen Technology University, led a delegation that included Associate Professor Yang Xiaoxia and Lecturer Cai Muchen to conduct a specialized research visit in Shanghai. The group successively visited the Department of Music Engineering and the Department of Musical Theater at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, as well as the Musical Theatre Center of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, engaging in in-depth exchanges on core topics such as program development, teaching philosophy, and training schemes.

在上海音乐学院音乐工程系，党总支书记邵巍巍、副主任秦诗乐教授、音乐科技与艺术教研室主任陈世哲副教授、热情接待了调研团队。双方就学科前沿动态、课程体系构建及实验室建设等内容展开探讨，团队实地参观了教学科研场所，深入了解该系在音乐科技融合领域的创新实践。

At the Department of Music Engineering of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Shao Weiwei, Secretary of the General Party Branch; Professor Qin Shile, Deputy Director; and Associate Professor Chen Shizhe, Director of the Music Technology and Art Teaching and Research Section, warmly welcomed the research team. The two sides discussed cutting-edge developments in the field, curriculum development, and laboratory construction. The team toured the teaching and research facilities and gained an in-depth understanding of the department’s innovative practices in the integration of music and technology.

随后，团队来到上海音乐学院音乐戏剧系，音乐戏剧系副主任吴佳教授、声乐教研室副主任竺期教授向调研团队介绍了该系的办学方针与人才培养模式。团队观摩了专业排练，双方就实践教学、剧目创作及学生综合能力培养等进行了充分交流。

The team then visited the Department of Music and Drama at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, where Professor Wu Jia, Deputy Director of the department, and Professor Zhu Qi, Deputy Director of the Vocal Music Division, briefed the delegation on the department’s educational philosophy and talent development model. The delegation observed a professional rehearsal, and both sides engaged in extensive discussions on practical instruction, repertoire creation, and the cultivation of students’ comprehensive skills.

在上海戏剧学院音乐剧中心，中心主任陈冉详细介绍了中心的发展历程、办学特色及教学设施配置。调研团队参观了专业排练厅、剧场等教学场地，细致考察了其硬件设施与教学运行机制，并就音乐剧人才培养体系展开深入研讨。

At the Musical Theatre Center of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, Director Chen Ran gave a detailed introduction to the Center’s development history, educational characteristics, and teaching facilities. The research team visited teaching spaces such as professional rehearsal halls and theaters, carefully examined the hardware facilities and teaching operation mechanisms, and conducted in-depth discussions on the musical theater talent cultivation system.

同日，团队还访问了上海戏剧学院继续教育学院，院长张军教授接待了调研团队一行。双方围绕继续教育办学模式、社会服务功能拓展及音乐人才终身学习体系建设等话题进行了交流，为学院拓展多元化人才培养路径提供了有益启示。

On the same day, the team also visited the School of Continuing Education of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, where they were received by Professor Zhang Jun, Dean of the School. The two sides exchanged views on topics including the operational model of continuing education, the expansion of social service functions, and the construction of a lifelong learning system for music talent. The exchange provided valuable insights for the college in expanding diversified talent cultivation pathways.

此次调研聚焦于音乐科技与戏剧表演两大专业方向，通过实地考察与座谈，深入了解了三所院校在学科建设、人才培养及教学管理等方面的成熟经验。不仅加强了校际间的学术联系，也为深圳技术大学音乐学院进一步明晰自身专业发展路径、科学制定培养方案提供了重要参考。学院将以此为契机，结合自身定位，加快推进专业建设步伐，构建更具特色与竞争力的音乐人才培养体系。

This research visit focused on the two major professional directions of music technology and theatrical performance. Through on-site visits and discussions, the team gained an in-depth understanding of the mature experience of the three institutions in discipline construction, talent cultivation, and teaching management. The visit not only strengthened inter-institutional academic ties but also provided an important reference for the School of Music of Shenzhen Technology University to further clarify its own professional development path and scientifically formulate training programs. Taking this as an opportunity, the School will, in line with its positioning, accelerate the pace of program development and build a more distinctive and competitive music talent cultivation system.
