中山大学农业与生物技术学院(深圳校区)袁超磊课题组博士后招聘

中山大学农业与生物技术学院（深圳校区）袁超磊课题组因工作需要，现面向海内外公开招聘博士后1-2名。

袁超磊副教授为中山大学“百人计划”引进人才，研究领域涉及土壤生物地球化学、环境土壤学和土壤微生物学，长期关注酸性土壤改良的生物地球化学机制研究。现任国际土壤学顶级期刊Geoderma主编（Editor in Chief）。课题组与国内外优秀实验室具有广泛良好的合作关系，提供平等、自由、进取的具有国际水准的学术环境。

1.岗位：博士后，从事土壤生物地球化学、环境土壤学或土壤微生物学领域相关研究，2年（可视情况协商续至3年）。

2.工作地点：广东省深圳市。

3.待遇：税前年薪30~38万元。此外，如获国家自然科学基金资助，项目在深圳执行期间可申请每年15万元（面上项目）或8万元（青年项目）的生活资助（名额受总量控制）。

4.职责：独立开展课题研究，协助课题组科研工作。

5.招聘要求：具有土壤学、微生物学、化学、环境科学、生态学等相关专业博士学位，具有进取心和团队合作精神，以第一作者发表过高水平论文，年龄不超过35岁，具有良好的英文写作及交流能力。

6.实验室优先需要的研究经验/技能：1）岩石分化固碳；2）功能菌株的高效筛选以及通过诱变、合成生物学手段改良；3）土壤碳、铁或者硫元素循环的化学和或微生物机制；4）抗生素抗性基因在环境中的传播。

A postdoctoral position in the lab of Assoc. Prof. Chaolei Yuan at Sun Yat-sen University (Shenzhen, China) is available starting immediately to conduct research in the fields of soil biogeochemistry, environmental soil science, or molecular soil ecology. Appointment will be for two years. Annual salary is 300~360 K RMB before tax. PhD required in soil science, chemistry, microbiology, environmental science, or ecology. Strong research and communication skills as well as a good publication record are desired. 

Preferred research skills or experience: 1) Enhancedrock weathering and soil carbon sequestration; 2) Screening of functional strains and their improvement through mutagenesis and synthetic biology; 3) Chemical and/or microbial mechanisms of soil carbon, iron, or sulfur cycling; 4) Antibiotic resistance genes in the environment.
