Announcement of Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation on Selection of Funded Students in 2026

亲爱的同学们：

根据深圳大运留学基金会的宗旨，为落实教育优先发展战略，培养国际化人才，促进世界对中华文化的了解，推动深圳与世界各地教育、文化、科技等方面的交流与合作，基金会启动2026年资助学生遴选工作。

Dear students：

SUISF (Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation) aims to implement the education priority development strategy, to cultivate international talents, to provide opportunities for the outside world to know more about Chinese culture, and to promote exchanges and cooperation between Shenzhen and the world in education, culture, science, and technology. In line with its mission, SUISF has commenced selecting international students to receive funding in 2026.

Please refer to the Announcement of the Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation on the Selection of Funded Students in 2026 published by the SUISF Selection System for further information and especially pay attention to the following items.

资助项目与遴选范围

1) 资助境外学生在中国境内高等院校接受全日制本科及以上学历教育项目：

遴选范围：以当前本科二年级以上国际生为主，申请人目前及受助期间需在深圳就读；

2) 资助国外学生在深办学高校学习汉语（半年以上）, 或境外学生在深高职院校接受专科学历教育项目；

3) 资助境内高校学生前往国（境）外高等院校接受全日制硕士及以上学历教育项目：

遴选范围：2026届国内本科毕业生，需在2026年9月入读申请时被录取的硕士及以上学历教育项目；

4) 资助高校学生短期国际交流研究项目（2026年1月-12月）：

（1）在深办学高校全日制在校生组团（3人及以上）赴境外进行短期交流研究项目（1个月以上）

（2）境外高校全日制在校生到深办学高校进行短期交流研究项目（2周及以上）

* 高校短期交流研究项目须纳入申报高校年度对外交流计划。但不包括出国（境）交流研究时长≥1年，或是与国（境）外高等院校的交流交换生、联合办学期间出国（境）上课的学生。

Funding Programs and Selection Scope:

1)To fund overseas students pursuing full-time undergraduate education or above at colleges and universities in Chinese Mainland:

Selection Scope: international undergraduates in the second year or above. Applicants must be studying in Shenzhen to be eligible for financial aid.

2) To fund international students studying Chinese language and literature at colleges and universities in Shenzhen (for a period of more than half a year). Fund overseas students for the educational programs of college degree at higher vocational or polytechnic schools in Shenzhen;

3) To fund Chinese students from the Chinese Mainland to pursue a full-time education for a master’s degree or above at foreign colleges and universities (the number of funded students for each degree level to be determined by the number of applicants and the weighting of educational qualifications) ;

4) To fund groups of full-time students (3 or more students per group) from colleges and universities in Shenzhen to go overseas for short-term exchange and research programs (each for more than 1 month);

3) & 4) Short-term exchange and research programs of colleges and universities must be included in the annual international exchange programs of the applying colleges and universities. However, it does not include students who go abroad (or overseas) for exchange and research for one year or longer, or exchange students or international exchange students with overseas institutions of higher learning, or students who attend classes abroad (or overseas) during the period of joint education program.

Funding will be allocated according to the review results and the programs approved will be valid for 1 year (from January 2026 to December 2026).

遴选程序

申请人请于4月20日（星期一）之前登录基金会资助报名系统（http://apply.suisf.org.cn/apaas/pc-login），按要求填写相关信息和上传申报材料，具体可参考4月10日OSA邮件附件（1-2）学生端操作手册Students Operation Manual；

同时下载纸质版申请材料（除视频外）并递交至学生中心502室Iris老师处；

请点击链接，如实填写问卷中的信息；

学校组织评选后将以适当形式公示，后递交给深圳大运留学基金会最终审核评选。

*温馨提示：若系统中提交的材料有误将会被驳回，驳回后将会收到邮件提醒，请注意及时查收信息。

Application Schedule

1) Applicants should log on to the Foundation's Financial Aid Application System (http://apply.suisf.org.cn/apaas/pc-login)before April 20, 2026. They should fill in the relevant information and upload the application materials according to the requirements, referring to Attachment 1-2 Students Operation Manual;

2) At the same time, applicants should submit the paper version of the application materials (except video) to Ms. Iris in Room 502 of the Student Center;

3) Please click the link to complete the questionnaire；

4) The university will organize the selection in an appropriate form of publicity and then submit the list of candidates to the SUISF for final review.

* Warm reminder: If the materials submitted in the system are rejected for their uncertainties or errors, an email will be sent to the relevant applicants as a reminder. Please check your email on time.

特别提示

1．逾期提交资料、提交资料不全或填写不正确，皆视为无效申请；

2．延毕学生不可申请；

3．曾获得本基金会同项目资助的学生不可申请；

4. 每人只能申请一个项目；

5. 该奖学金不能与其它中国境内同类奖（助）学金（如：国家留学基金委员会留学生资助金、2024年广东省政府来粤留学生奖学金）同时享受；

6．视频述说（国际生可用英文）及字幕都需为中文;

7．所有申请材料需为原件，所有签名需用黑色签字笔手签；

8．推荐信需由推荐老师所在学院/书院/部门盖章；

9. 如有发表论文，需同时附上论文检索截图；

10. 学校审核后会在申请表盖校章，届时需要同学再将盖章页面上传至申请系统;

*最终被评选获奖学生须按《大运留学基金会资助金和资助证书管理办法》的要求，提交受助期间的学习表现总体情况报告及相关要求材料，否则将追回奖学金。

Notes:

1. Late submissions, incomplete submissions, or incorrect information will all be regarded as invalid applications;

2. Graduating students who have deferred their studies are ineligible for application;

3. Students who have previously received funding from by SUISF for the same program are ineligible for application;

4. Each person can only apply for one program;

5. Students who have already received similar scholarships or grants in Chinese Mainland in 2026, such as the grants of China Scholarship Council (CSC) for international students, and the scholarships of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province for international students who come to study in Guangdong;

6. Both video narration (international students may use English) and subtitles must be in Chinese;

7. All application materials must be original, and all signatures must be signed by hand using a black pen;

8. The Recommendation Letter must be stamped by the teacher’s school/college/department;

9. You must also attach a screenshot of the document retrieval if you have published a paper;

10. The application form will be stamped with the university seal upon review and then should be uploaded to the application system by yourself；

*Students selected for the awards must submit a report summarizing their overall academic performance and relevant materials during the assistance period as required by the Administrative Regulations, if not, the scholarship should be returned.
