中国华润大厦立于深圳湾核心，作为这座城市最具辨识度的天际线地标之一，它不仅见证深圳的城市生长，也构成了中国当代城市高度的一个重要切面。作为全球湾区版图中的重要节点，深圳湾汇聚着稀缺的海湾资源与城市景观，更承载着一座年轻城市对于未来生活方式与长期价值的探索。

China Resources Building stands at the core of Shenzhen Bay and is one of the most recognizable skyline landmarks in the city. It not only witnesses the urban growth of Shenzhen, but also constitutes an important aspect of contemporary urban height in China. As an important node in the global bay area map, Shenzhen Bay gathers scarce bay resources and urban landscapes, and carries the exploration of a young city's future lifestyle and long-term value.

中国华润大厦以“春笋”为意象，构成深圳天际线中最具辨识度的城市符号之一。对于无间而言，“春笋”并不仅仅是向上的生长，更象征着时间在持续累积中形成的结构力量。它既回应深圳不断突破边界的发展轨迹，也隐含着一种长期主义的价值观——真正的高度，并非来自瞬时的跃升，而来自持续生长所形成的内在秩序。

China Resources Building, with the image of "spring bamboo shoots", constitutes one of the most recognizable urban symbols in the Shenzhen skyline. For Infernal Affairs, 'Spring Bamboo Shoots' not only represent upward growth, but also symbolize the structural power formed by the continuous accumulation of time. It not only responds to the development trajectory of Shenzhen constantly breaking through boundaries, but also implies a long-term value system - true height does not come from instantaneous leaps, but from the internal order formed by continuous growth.

入口艺术中庭成为整个空间叙事的起点。设计并未让人第一时间抵达深圳湾的开阔海景，而是有意控制信息释放的节奏，使体验逐步从城市的速度逻辑中抽离。流动状态的竹编艺术装置构成空间核心视觉结构，回应“春笋”的建筑意象，并将其转译为空间中的持续生长逻辑。

The entrance art atrium becomes the starting point of the entire spatial narrative. The design did not allow people to reach the open sea view of Shenzhen Bay in the first time, but intentionally controlled the pace of information release, gradually withdrawing the experience from the speed logic of the city. The flowing bamboo weaving art installation forms the core visual structure of the space, responding to the architectural imagery of "spring bamboo shoots" and translating it into a continuous growth logic in the space.

纵长深邃的廊道因此成为光的剧场。阳光穿过竹编的缝隙，在地面与墙面投下随时间游移的光痕。隐藏的智能声光系统与自然光协同工作，使廊道随四季更迭而呈现永不重复的五感体验。

The long and deep corridor thus becomes a theater of light. The sunlight passes through the gaps in the bamboo weaving, casting light marks that move over time on the ground and walls. The hidden intelligent sound and light system works in conjunction with natural light to present an endless five sense experience in the corridor as the seasons change.

人的体验始终贯穿设计的每一个部分。不同材质的衔接、水景装置、光影变化、声音系统与智能控制相互交织，行走其间如同穿行于山间。路线不断向前延展，每一步都有新的发现，而趣味就隐含在节奏的变化中。

The human experience runs through every aspect of design. The interweaving of different materials, water features, light and shadow changes, sound systems, and intelligent control makes walking between them feel like walking in the mountains. The route continues to stretch forward, with new discoveries at every step, and the fun is hidden in the changes in rhythm.

空间以致敬传承为创作核心。天然石材、宣纸、金属与木质等辨识度高的材料被精心组合，依靠天然的肌理和手工制作的温度，回归东方工艺中的人文意识。细微处可见“匠造”的精神，用手作留下可被触摸的痕迹。这种体验不同于之前孔洞带来的隐约，而是材质本身散发的熟悉感与东方感。它会让人感到自在，同时觉察到空间中拙朴的、却不言而喻的东方气息——关于“物质与时间关系”的理解方式。

The creative core of the space is to pay tribute to inheritance. Highly recognizable materials such as natural stone, rice paper, metal, and wood are carefully combined, relying on their natural texture and handmade temperature to return to the humanistic consciousness of Eastern craftsmanship. The spirit of craftsmanship can be seen in every detail, leaving touchable traces when made by hand. This experience is different from the vague feeling brought by the previous holes, but rather the familiarity and oriental feeling emanating from the material itself. It will make people feel at ease and at the same time perceive the simple yet self-evident Eastern atmosphere in space - the understanding of the relationship between matter and time.

海湾VIP室中，无界海景与东方文艺气质层层相融。大面积的木砖覆满墙体，温润而深邃。人坐于其中，东方美学在当代空间中的张力不言自明。艺术、自然与居住的界限逐渐消融，剩下的只有一种被妥帖包裹的安宁。

In the VIP room of the bay, the boundless sea view blends seamlessly with the oriental artistic temperament. Large areas of wooden bricks cover the walls, warm and deep. Sitting among them, the tension of Eastern aesthetics in contemporary space is self-evident. The boundaries between art, nature, and residence are gradually melting, leaving only a peaceful and well wrapped state.

空间中置入了一组可转动的门。闭合时，空间围合出私密的静谧；推开时，整片海景重新归还于视野。空间状态因此不再固定，而是在开放与收敛之间自由转换，使人与环境建立更加主动的关系。

A set of rotatable doors were placed in the space. When closed, the space surrounds a private tranquility; When pushed open, the entire sea view returned to view. The spatial state is no longer fixed, but can freely transition between openness and convergence, enabling people to establish a more active relationship with the environment.

我们从深圳的城市肌理中提取色泽与质感。浓郁的点缀颜色与创新材料在传统与前卫之间架起桥梁，矜贵的材质承载时间的痕迹，构筑出一座艺术馆般的居住场域，既保留当代艺术的锐利，又融入东方工艺的温润，成为一处可被阅读、可被感知的美学容器。

We extract color and texture from the urban texture of Shenzhen. The rich decorative colors and innovative materials bridge the gap between tradition and avant-garde. The precious materials bear the traces of time, creating an art museum like living space that retains the sharpness of contemporary art while incorporating the warmth of Eastern craftsmanship, becoming an aesthetic container that can be read and perceived.

洽谈区以大面积玻璃将大海直接推到眼前。从收到放的瞬间转换，大海的壮丽因之前的收敛而愈发壮阔。

The negotiation area pushes the sea directly in front of us with large areas of glass. From the moment it was received and released, the magnificence of the sea became even more magnificent due to its previous convergence.

设计以雕塑般的形体来划分洽谈空间。高低起伏的体块如同穿行于山谷，高高低低，形成山间行走的意趣，将较小的区域围合起来。

Design a sculptural form to divide the negotiation space. The undulating blocks are like walking through a valley, high and low, creating a sense of walking in the mountains and enclosing smaller areas.

简洁的质感赋予空间当代的清冷气质，而围合形态提供充足的安全感与开放感。相比实体墙的隔绝，这种处理更加通透，视线可以在不同区域之间自由穿梭。

The concise texture endows the space with a contemporary and cool temperament, while the enclosed form provides ample security and openness. Compared to the isolation of physical walls, this treatment is more transparent, and the line of sight can freely shuttle between different areas.

在动线的终点，一方茶亭隐于空间一隅，成为整个空间的精神落点。外部以温润的宣纸包裹，脚下是天然石材，内壁则以金箔铺陈出幽微的暖意。底部的镂空，使整个亭子呈现漂浮的轻盈感，如同悬于海湾之上的一处静境。人在此驻足、观海、静思。无边的海景在眼前铺展，但意义已不再来自“观看对象”，而来自人与世界重新建立联结的过程。

At the end of the route, a tea pavilion is hidden in a corner of the space, becoming the spiritual landing point of the entire space. The exterior is wrapped in warm rice paper, the feet are made of natural stone, and the inner wall is covered with gold foil to create a subtle warmth. The hollow at the bottom gives the entire pavilion a floating and light feeling, like a tranquil environment suspended above a bay. People stop here, watch the sea, and meditate. The boundless sea view spreads before our eyes, but its meaning no longer comes from the "object of view", but from the process of reconnecting people with the world.

无间设计在本项目中的实践，并不在于创造一种被定义的东方风格，而是在空间、材料与体验的层面，建立一种能够被持续阅读与验证的价值结构。这种结构既来源于东方文化中对时间与物质关系的理解，也回应全球当代语境中对高端空间的重新定义。当城市不断向上生长，真正能够被时间留下的，不是速度本身，而是那些能够持续生成意义的结构。

The practice of seamless design in this project is not to create a defined Eastern style, but to establish a value structure that can be continuously read and verified at the levels of space, materials, and experience. This structure originates from both the understanding of the relationship between time and matter in Eastern culture and the redefinition of high-end space in the global contemporary context. As cities continue to grow upwards, what can truly be left by time is not the speed itself, but the structures that can sustainably generate meaning.
