MGM Shenzhen Prince Bay has appointed Bruce Liu as Executive Chef. He will oversee the hotel’s culinary strategy and operations, bringing fresh concepts to this urban waterfront landmark.
With over 20 years in luxury hospitality—including more than a decade at The Ritz-Carlton—Bruce Liu helped lead a Four Seasons Tianjin Chinese restaurant to consecutive Black Pearl Guide honors. His experience spans state receptions and collaborations with luxury brands and culinary authorities.
Chef Liu’s philosophy, “global vision, returning to true flavors,” champions authentic ingredients and modern wellness. He believes “culinary arts are an experience,” aligning with MGM’s “culinary as entertainment” ethos, and supports live chef-guest interaction.
He will revitalize the hotel’s dining venues with a “one venue, one soul” approach, creating interactive, health-conscious destinations for every mood and occasion.
