本案为深圳330㎡品质住宅，整体设计秉承现代主义理念，通过对自然光影的细腻引导、对材料肌理的匠心排布，逐步塑造出秩序井然的空间格局。光影在墙面、地面等界面肆意流动，将材质的独特质感尽数展现，居者在日常穿梭间，慢慢感受空间赋予的沉浸式审美与生活诗意。
步入客厅区域，一抹彩色单人沙发率先成为视觉焦点。鲜明灵动的色彩随自然光影的流转变幻，勾勒出层次丰富的光影肌理，瞬间激活空间的活泼氛围，打破沉闷。不同风格的家具与家居软装在此被重新整合规划，依托精准的尺度把控、巧妙的色彩碰撞，构建起全新的视觉秩序，进一步拉升空间整体的视觉张力与层次质感。
Entering the living room area, a colorful single sofa becomes the visual focus first. The vivid and dynamic colors change with the flow of natural light and shadow, outlining rich layers of light and shadow texture, instantly activating the lively atmosphere of the space, and breaking the dullness. Different styles of furniture and home furnishings are re integrated and planned here, relying on precise scale control and clever color collision to construct a new visual order, further enhancing the overall visual tension and layered texture of the space.
木饰面摒弃大面积铺陈的设计，分散点缀于空间不同区域，以简洁的线性处理手法，勾勒空间线条、强化整体秩序。阳光经由百叶窗滤入室内，在地面与墙面晕染出细密有致的光影条纹。空间梁柱保留笔直利落的线条感，精准彰显建筑本身的比例美学与原生结构力量，简约却极具张力。
The wooden veneer abandons the design of large-scale display and disperses and embellishes different areas of the space, using a simple linear processing technique to outline the spatial lines and strengthen the overall order. Sunlight filters into the room through the blinds, creating fine and intricate light and shadow stripes on the floor and walls. The spatial beams and columns retain a sense of straight and sharp lines, accurately highlighting the proportion aesthetics and original structural strength of the building itself, simple yet highly tense.
厨房被定义为日常生活里充满活力的核心场域，设计因此赋予其更开阔的开放布局。大理石打造的长岛台，构成厨房核心操作界面，为日常烹饪、备餐等活动，提供了充裕且舒适的使用尺度。天然石材与温润木板巧妙组合，构筑出理性克制与温润质感兼具的材质关系，各类厨具、家具依照生活动线合理规划排布，让整个厨房呈现出自然流畅、规整有序的使用状态。
The kitchen is defined as a vibrant core area in daily life, and its design therefore endows it with a more open layout. The marble made Long Island countertop forms the core operating interface of the kitchen, providing ample and comfortable scale for daily cooking, meal preparation, and other activities. The clever combination of natural stone and warm wooden boards creates a material relationship that combines rational restraint and warm texture. Various kitchen utensils and furniture are reasonably planned and arranged according to the daily flow, making the entire kitchen present a natural, smooth, and orderly use state.
踏入卧室，空间氛围转而变得内敛安静，自成一方静谧天地。作为休憩放松、情绪疗愈的重要空间，卧室以克制内敛的设计手法，打造私密包容、静谧平和的居住氛围。以黑白为主调，塑造简洁稳定的视觉感受，搭配柔软床品强化舒适触感，全方位满足居者对舒适休憩空间的需求。
Entering the bedroom, the atmosphere of the space becomes introverted and quiet, creating a peaceful world of its own. As an important space for rest, relaxation, and emotional healing, the bedroom uses restrained and introverted design techniques to create a private, inclusive, quiet, and peaceful living atmosphere. Using black and white as the main tone, creating a simple and stable visual experience, combined with soft bedding to enhance the comfortable touch, fully meeting the needs of residents for a comfortable resting space.
与卧室相通的衣帽间及卫浴空间，延续整体统一的材质语言，大面积运用木饰面与大理石，借材质对比丰富空间层次。衣帽间柜门选用棕色半透明亚克力，在规整收纳体系中注入轻盈通透的视觉变化，既提升现代感与韵律感，也避免了大面积柜体带来的单调厚重。
The dressing room and bathroom space connected to the bedroom continue the overall unified material language, extensively using wood veneer and marble to enrich the spatial hierarchy through material contrast. The wardrobe cabinet door is made of brown semi transparent acrylic, injecting a light and transparent visual change into the organized storage system, which not only enhances modernity and rhythm, but also avoids the monotony and heaviness caused by large cabinets.
