(I) Basic Requirements
1. Nationality is not restricted;
2. Abide by the Constitution, laws of the People's Republic of China and public order;

6. Have the physical and psychological conditions to perform duties normally, and be able to undertake frequent rehearsals and performance tasks;
7. Hold a bachelor’s degree or above with a corresponding bachelor’s or higher academic degree, majoring in violin or cello performance. International students must graduate from formal overseas institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China;
8. Possess superb performance skills, matching professional expertise and an international vision, and be able to meet job requirements.
(II) Core Position Requirements
1. Have exceptional instrumental performance proficiency, master various performance techniques proficiently, and accurately interpret complex repertoires;
2. Possess excellent ensemble ability in orchestras, and be able to quickly understand and respond to the conductor’s intentions;
3. Candidates with symphony orchestra performance experience will be given priority;
4. Generally, the age shall not exceed 45 years old (born on or after January 1, 1980). For outstanding candidates (e.g., those with superb performance techniques, rich orchestra experience, or previous work experience in internationally renowned symphony orchestras), the age requirement may be appropriately relaxed.
