置身于山海环抱的复合空间，从售楼处移步至样板间，一同探寻自然景致与居住功能的创新融合之道。
走廊以层级化的设计语言塑造秩序感，几何构架层层递进延伸，艺术绿植与雕塑作为点睛之笔，在虚实之间构筑留白韵律。深木色从地面延伸至墙面，以温润质感沉淀空间气质，整体氛围静谧内敛，凝练而富有张力。
The corridor is designed with a hierarchical language to create a sense of order, with geometric structures extending layer by layer. Artistic greenery and sculptures serve as the finishing touch, creating a rhythm of white space between reality and virtuality. The deep wood color extends from the ground to the wall, settling the spatial temperament with a warm texture. The overall atmosphere is quiet and introverted, condensed and full of tension.
大堂凭借经典材质构筑整体气韵，格局严谨端庄、气度沉稳。随着空间纵深推进，色调与肌理渐次柔和，轻奢质感藏于细微之处，与生活场景自然衔接，沉稳内敛又温润亲和，兼具艺术格调与实用温度。
The lobby is constructed with classic materials to create an overall atmosphere, with a rigorous and dignified layout and a steady demeanor. As the space deepens, the color tone and texture gradually become softer, and the light luxury texture is hidden in the details, naturally connecting with the living scene. It is calm, introverted, warm and friendly, combining artistic style and practical warmth.
开阔舒展的空间格局，让居者自在感受室内与自然的双向互动。动线规划流畅且层次丰富，隐形隔断在保障私密的同时，让功能分区明确有序，又不破坏整体通透感。
The open and spacious layout allows residents to freely experience the two-way interaction between the interior and nature. The flow planning is smooth and rich in layers, and the invisible partitions ensure privacy while making the functional zones clear and orderly, without compromising the overall transparency.
暖光轻绕木饰面，晕染出静谧柔和的空间节奏。转角闲憩处以镂空屏风半掩相隔，于含蓄遮挡中，打造出隐秘又富有余韵的静谧场域。
Warm light gently surrounds the wooden veneer, creating a serene and gentle spatial rhythm. The corner resting area is separated by a hollow screen, creating a secluded and lingering quiet space amidst subtle concealment.
地毯以细腻纹理铺陈基底，承托起质感沉稳的木质餐桌。墙面艺术画作在深色调背景的衬托下，利落又优雅，于细节间流露克制的艺术氛围。
The carpet is laid out with delicate textures on the base, supporting a wooden dining table with a stable texture. The wall art paintings, set against a deep toned background, are sharp and elegant, revealing a restrained artistic atmosphere in the details.
会客区格局灵动通透，百叶轻扉衔接后花园景致，家具排布疏朗开阔，尽显空灵意境。暖阳光影自在洒落，令欢聚时光融于日常，不事雕琢，自成一派悠然生活意趣。
The layout of the reception area is dynamic and transparent, with light louvers connecting to the backyard scenery. The furniture arrangement is spacious and open, showcasing an ethereal atmosphere. The warm sun's light and shadow freely fall, blending the joyful moments into daily life, without any embellishment, forming a leisurely and leisurely way of life.
这片会客区，从容勾勒出中式文化的清雅风骨，不事雕琢、不添冗余，便将琴棋书画的诗意意境尽数收纳。书房与之隔室对望，简约框架之下，独属于东方的丰盈底蕴如静水流深，于无声间浸润空间每一处细节。
This reception area calmly outlines the elegant style of Chinese culture, without any embellishment or redundancy, and fully embodies the poetic atmosphere of music, chess, calligraphy, and painting. The study faces the adjacent room, and under a simple framework, the rich and unique Eastern heritage flows deep like still water, immersing every detail of the space in silence.
步入样板间，玄关便是一处写意开场。壁间月牙形浮雕婉约灵动，于简约中自带仪式气韵。视线被柔和牵引，家的序章由此落笔。行走间移步换景、动线流转，整体格局疏朗大气，家的完整气度在静谧中缓缓铺陈开来。
Entering the model room, the entrance is a freehand opening. The crescent shaped relief between the walls is graceful and lively, exuding a ceremonial charm in simplicity. The gaze is gently drawn, and the prologue of the home begins here. Moving between steps, changing scenery, and flowing lines, the overall layout is spacious and atmospheric, and the complete atmosphere of the home slowly spreads out in tranquility.
客厅临窗而设，开阔水景尽收眼底，构筑起与山海对话的界面。为呼应自然的舒展无界，空间以轻淡舒朗为基调，如同一幅素净画布，任由光影流转、四季更迭自由落笔，静静收藏时间与空间交融的细腻质感。
The living room is set up by the window, with a panoramic view of the open water scenery, creating an interface for dialogue with the mountains and seas. In response to the natural stretching and boundlessness, the space is based on a light and comfortable tone, like a plain canvas, allowing light and shadow to flow and seasons to change freely, quietly collecting the delicate texture of time and space blending.
餐厨区精致紧凑，深色基调让功能分区利落分明。墙面艺术画作低调点缀，在实用与美感之间找到温和默契，内敛又富有格调。
The dining and kitchen area is exquisite and compact, with a dark color scheme that makes the functional zones clear and distinct. The wall art paintings are low-key embellishments, finding a gentle and harmonious balance between practicality and aesthetics, understated yet stylish.
书房虽隐于角落，尺度温润内敛，却坐拥无可比拟的绝佳视野，整片海景在窗前从容铺展，静谧天地一览无余。室内陈设的艺术品风格各不相同，却在空间里相互呼应，形成难得的和谐与安定感。
Although the study is hidden in the corner, with a warm and introverted scale, it boasts an unparalleled view. The entire sea view is leisurely spread out in front of the window, and the peaceful world is fully visible. The art pieces displayed indoors have different styles, but they complement each other in the space, creating a rare sense of harmony and stability.
卧室内壁以细腻画作点睛，中式意蕴轻融碧海蓝天的开阔背景。宏大自然风光与温润私密的休憩气场彼此呼应，让空间兼具舒展气度与安稳心境。
The interior walls of the bedroom are adorned with delicate paintings, adding a touch of Chinese charm to the expansive background of the blue sea and sky. The grand natural scenery and warm and private relaxation atmosphere complement each other, making the space both spacious and peaceful.
于此空间，经典元素被赋予温柔的当代表达。各类视觉语言彼此交融，传统底蕴与现代创意共生共存，让尊崇的居住感受与辽阔的山海视野在此完美相融。它扎根于自然诗意，亦融入城市肌理，成为诠释当代理想人居的鲜活范本。
In this space, classic elements are infused with gentle contemporary expression.
