Carefullyverify payroll reports to ensure all compensation datais correct, and submit them to the financedepartment on time.负责每月员工工资的准确核算与发放,包括基础工资、绩效奖金、津贴补贴等,并处理相应的个人所得税申报事宜,仔细核对工资报表,确保所有薪酬数据准确无误,并按时提交财务部门Independently manage monthly socialinsurance, housing fund, and personal income taxdeclarations, payments, employee additions andremovals, and base adjustments. Daily Benefits Administration and Data Maintenance:• Coordinate employee health and wellnessprograms and preventive healthcare measures. Process Support and Collaboration:Support compensation and benefits-relatedaspects of the new employee onboarding process(e.g., contract signing, salary information collection).支持新员工入职流程中与薪酬福利相关的环节(如合同签署、薪资信息收集等)。• Assist in the preparatory and management tasksfor the annual compensation review process,performing foundational work such as annual salarysurvey data collection and benefits programcommunication.协助完成年度薪酬回顾流程的筹备与管理,进行年度薪酬调研数据收集、福利项目沟通等基础性工作。Maintain and manage employee files (includingboth electronic and hard copies).Complete other routine HR operational supporttasks assigned by the manager.• 1-2 years or more of working experience incompensation & benefits or a relevant HR role. Priorexperience in a multinational company background ispreferred.1-2年及以上薪酬福利或人力资源相关岗位工作经验,有外企背景者优先。Familiar with national labor laws andregulations.
