一、香港中文大学（深圳）概况

二、经管学院概况

This position is centrally focused on university dining hall system construction and supply chain procurement management. The specific responsibilities are as follows:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Dining Hall Planning and Construction Management

1. Strategic Planning: Develop dining hall network layout plans, functional zoning designs, and decoration style proposals based on the university's development scale, creating a comfortable and welcoming dining environment.
2. Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of new construction, renovation, or expansion projects for dining halls, including project justification, drawing review, construction supervision, and final acceptance, ensuring compliance with food safety and fire safety regulations.
3. Equipment Upgrading: Oversee the procurement and renewal of kitchen facilities and equipment, establish smart management platforms, and drive the construction of "Smart Dining Halls".

Qualifications and Requirements:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in daily management and administrative support, coordinate the office team to work closely with university departments, and facilitae the implementation of cross-departmental projects.
2. Take charge of end-to-end follow-up and overall delivery of key projects, demonstrating full-cycle capabilities from planning and execution to completion, proactively identifying and resolving issues throughout project lifecycles, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
3. Oversee the organization and operation of various committees, ensuring meeting preparation, agenda setting, document review, minute drafting, and follow-up on resolutions, so as to guarantee efficient and standardized committee functioning.
4. Interface with external parties and various stakeholders of the university community at large.
5. Undertaking other duties as assigned by VP for Administration.
