The Career & Attachment Office (CAO) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, empowers students to thrive in the global workforce by connecting them with industry opportunities. Through internships, career guidance, and employer partnerships, CAO bridges academia and industry, fostering talent development across diverse sectors. This role focuses on expanding NTU’s footprint in Shenzhen, exploring high-quality internships opportunities for undergraduates students while strengthening ties with organizations in the region and facilitating seamless placement processes. This role will be hired under NTU Nanyang Venture Consulting (Shanghai/Shenzhen) with reporting line to NTU Career and Attachment Office.

新加坡南洋理工大学（Nanyang Technological University，简称NTU）职业与实习发展办公室（Career & Attachment Office, CAO）致力于通过行业连接与职业发展支持，帮助学生在全球职场中脱颖而出。通过实习机会、职业指导及企业合作，CAO搭建起学术与产业之间的桥梁，推动多领域人才发展。

本岗位主要负责拓展NTU在深圳的合作网络，开发优质的本科生实习机会，同时深化与区域内企业及机构的合作关系，并推动实习项目的顺利落地与执行。该岗位将由新加坡南洋理工大学投资设立的南创咨询（上海）有限责任公司聘用，向新加坡南洋理工大学就业与实习指导处汇报。

1. University degree and above, overseas study experience is preferred; Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin;

2. 5+ years of experience in education, HR, business development, partnership or related fields；

3. Strong organizational, administrative and programme management skills；

4. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)；

5. Excellent communication and relationship-management skills；

6. Passion for youth mentorship and career development.

• 本科及以上学历，有海外学习或工作经验者优先

• 具备良好的中英文沟通能力（听说读写流利）

• 5年以上教育、人才发展、人力资源、业务拓展或相关领域经验

• 优秀的组织协调能力及项目管理能力

• 良好的人际沟通能力与关系维护能力

• 对青年发展及职业规划具有热情

1. Represent NTU CAO to engage and build relationships with organizations (hiring companies, government offices and associations) in Shenzhen；

2. Promote NTU’s overseas internship programs and talents to potential employers in Shenzhen；

3. Engage and evaluate potential employers for opportunities and possible internship placements for students.

2. 推广NTU海外实习项目及学生人才资源

3. 拓展并评估潜在合作企业，开发适合学生的实习岗位机会

1. Work closely with the CAO team in Singapore to manage the end-to-end internship placement process, starting from outreach to final placement；

2. Support students throughout their internship journey in Shenzhen；

3. Provide guidance to host organizations and NTU students on visa requirements and internship logistics；

4. Exercise duty of care and assist in the management of any internship related issues arising from either students and/or internship employer(s).

1. 与新加坡CAO团队紧密协作，负责实习项目从企业拓展到学生录用的全流程管理

2. 为在深圳实习的学生提供全过程支持与跟进

3. 为企业及学生提供签证办理及实习相关流程指导

4. 履行管理职责，协调并处理学生或企业在实习过程中出现的问题

1. Assist team lead on process improvement and student case management；

2. Manage placement records and reporting to CAO；

3. Develop and maintain a database of Shenzhen-based employers, including start-ups, MNCs, and government-linked enterprises.

3. 建立并维护深圳企业数据库（包括初创企业、跨国公司及政府相关机构）

1. Collaborate with fellow team members and stakeholders (locally and overseas) to ensure optimal operational performance and internship programme delivery；

2. Support in addressing any issues arising from the team’s area of work.
