Shenzhen - Qianhai Ice and Snow World, this is the current largest indoor ski resort project in the world and the lowest-altitude one. It is a typical case of large-scale application of photovoltaic building integration technology on the fifth facade of buildings in China. The project integrates building photovoltaic integration technology into the design, providing a highly scalable and replicable high-quality solution for the development of renewable energy on the "fifth facade" of the city.
面对沿海高风压、高盐雾环境、兼顾高发电与色彩美学等多重挑战,项目团队选用远东绿能自主研发的LIGHT系列BIPV产品,通过独特的链接结构和色彩定制化技术,在保障结构安全、高发电的基础上,打造业主方专属品牌标识,实现“建筑即风景、光伏即装饰”的效果,成为城市第五立面的亮眼景观。Facing multiple challenges such as high wind pressure and high salt spray in coastal areas, as well as the need for high power generation and aesthetic color design, the project team selected the LIGHT series BIPV products independently developed by Far East Green Energy. Through unique connection structures and customized color technology, they ensured structural safety and high power generation while creating a brand identity exclusive to the client. 冰雪世界项目的光伏屋面应用面积达3.5万平方米,总装机容量达6433kW,年发电量超600万度,可满足项目约20%年度用电需求。这一成果相当于每年减少碳排放5100吨、植树27.29万棵,为高能耗场馆注入稳定绿色动能。相当于在城市中心培育30个足球场面积的“绿色森林”。
The photovoltaic roof of the Ice and Snow World project covers an area of 35,000 square meters, with a total installed capacity of 6,433 kW and an annual power generation of over 6 million kilowatt-hours. This can meet approximately 20% of the annual electricity demand of the project. This achievement is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 5,100 tons and planting 272,900 trees each year, injecting stable green energy into high-energy-consuming venues. It is equivalent to cultivating a "green forest" with an area of 30 football fields in the city center.
值得关注的是,LIGHT系列产品自带不锈钢背板结构,静态抗风荷载测试达15.4KPa;加之独特的固定工艺,大幅提升结构强度,安装后具备17级台风抵御能力,为建筑筑牢安全防线。

Coupled with the unique fixation process, the structural strength is significantly enhanced. By using its own developed high-temperature glaze and sintering technology, it enables the external surface to be glazed and achieve both light transmission and opacity, creating a "power-generating super roof".
美学上,Light Pro屋面产品采用自主研发的高温彩釉工艺,做到与铝板幕墙同外观。项目通过产品色彩搭配设计,使用蓝色、白色的光伏产品拼接打造品牌LOGO图案,突破传统光伏产品的“全黑”刻板印象,实现全屋发电,将光伏产品转化为城市景观的一部分,真正达成发电性能与建筑美学的深度融合。
Aesthetically, the Light Pro roof products adopt the independently developed high-temperature colored glaze technology, achieving the same appearance as the aluminum plate curtain wall. Through the color combination design of the products, blue and white photovoltaic products are used to assemble and create the brand LOGO pattern, breaking the traditional "all-black" stereotype of photovoltaic products and realizing full-house power generation. 安全性上,项目位于沿海区域,台风极端天气是不可避免的因素,为满足建筑107米高,9.1kPa风压的设计要求,Light Pro屋面产品结构上实现双重突破:一方面产品采用高强度不锈钢背板设计,提升产品整体刚度和强度,在同等风荷载条件下变形量更小,静态载荷测试达到15.4kPa以上。In terms of safety, the project is located in an coastal area, and extreme weather conditions such as typhoons are inevitable factors. To meet the design requirements of a 107-meter-tall building with a wind pressure of 9.1 kPa, the Light Pro roof product structure has achieved two breakthroughs: On one hand, the product adopts a high-strength stainless steel back plate design, which enhances the overall stiffness and strength of the product. Under the same wind load conditions, the deformation is smaller, and the static load test reaches above 15.4 kPa.另一方面,产品通过连接加强安装,产品四周采用不锈钢外框及背板,全方位满足风压设计要求,可抵御17级台风,使得产品兼具轻量化与高强度的特点。同时,该系列产品已通过TÜV、CE、COC等多项国际权威机构测试及认证,公司累计授权80项专利,以硬核实力满足国际化市场的严苛需求。On the other hand, the product is enhanced by its connection for better installation. 项目采用主动式节能设计策略,构建“冰蓄冷+智能调控”的能源管理系统,利用夜间低谷电价,巨型蓄冰罐悄然凝结“冷能量”,白天释放冷能量满足雪场制冷需求,可降低30%的峰期电力负荷。
The project adopts an active energy-saving design strategy, establishing an energy management system of "ice storage cooling + intelligent regulation". By taking advantage of the low electricity prices during the night, the huge ice storage tank gradually accumulates "cold energy", which is then released during the day to meet the cooling demands of the ski resort, thereby reducing the peak electricity load by 30%.
此外,项目依托复杂的制冷造雪机电体系和全屋大跨度冷库板体系,实现在亚热带地区持续低温造雪,“零漏冷”冷库节点技术和光伏金属屋面使项目年发电量可达736万度,实现节能与功能的有机结合。
In addition, the project relies on a complex refrigeration snow-making electrical system and a large-span cold storage panel system throughout the house. It is capable of continuously creating snow at a low temperature in subtropical regions. The "zero cold leakage" cold storage node technology and the photovoltaic metal roof enable the project to generate 7.36 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, achieving an organic combination of energy conservation and functionality.

In the central control room, multiple data streams are flashing on the large screen. This is the dual-energy carbon control management platform deployed simultaneously for the project. It conducts real-time monitoring of over 5,000 energy monitoring points throughout the venue. Through the AI algorithms of this "smart brain", it optimizes the operating parameters of the equipment, reducing the overall energy consumption by more than 40% compared to traditional ice and snow venues.

同时,为突破传统冰雪场馆“高耗能”的固有认知,项目构建了涵盖能源生产、消耗、回收全链条的零碳技术体系,目前达到LEED金级认证标准。
At the same time, in order to break through the conventional perception that traditional ice and snow venues are "highly energy-consuming", the project has established a zero-carbon technology system covering the entire chain of energy production, consumption and recycling. Currently, it has reached the LEED Gold certification standard.
