深蓝对话第六期 丨 APEC 年深圳海洋新图景

本期“深蓝对话”聚焦 “深蓝私享会（Blue Dialogue）”。“深蓝私享会”由 “深蓝梦想2035”环球海洋科考计划 与中国海洋经济博览会联合发起，立足深圳前海，面向全球深远海，以 “连接科学、产业与公众” 为核心使命，汇聚国际前沿科学家、政策推动者与产业实践者，推动海洋议题从专业领域走向更广泛的社会共识。

Jointly initiated by the Deep Blue Voyager 2035 Global Ocean Expedition and the China Marine Economy Expo (CMEE), Blue Dialogue is rooted in Qianhai, Shenzhen, and oriented toward the deep and distant seas on a global scale. With a core mission of connecting science, industry, and the public, it brings together leading international scientists, policy leaders, and industry practitioners to move ocean issues from specialized domains into broader public engagement and shared understanding.

在 APEC 年 的重要背景下，本期对话聚焦深圳作为全球海洋科技与创新枢纽的独特角色，探讨如何依托中国海博会平台、“深蓝梦想2035”十年科考行动及多边国际合作机制，构建面向全球的海洋科技与产业协同网络。

Against the important backdrop of the APEC year, this episode highlights Shenzhen’s unique role as a global hub for ocean science, technology, and innovation. The discussion explores how platforms such as CMEE, the decade-long Deep Blue Voyager 2035 expedition, and multilateral international cooperation mechanisms can be leveraged to build a globally connected ecosystem for ocean technology and industry collaboration.

本期节目邀请中国大洋协会代表、欧洲深海探索计划负责人以及中国海洋经济博览会组委会负责人精彩对话，共同探讨深圳如何将科学探索、技术创新与国际合作转化为可持续的现实行动，并在全球海洋治理与深海探索中发挥更具引领性的作用。

This episode features in-depth conversations among representatives of the China Ocean Mineral Resources R&D Association, leaders of Europe’s deep-sea exploration initiatives, and senior representatives from the CMEE organizing committee. Together, they examine how Shenzhen can translate scientific exploration, technological innovation, and international cooperation into concrete, sustainable action—and how the city can play a more leading role in global ocean governance and deep-sea exploration.

张占海指出，“深蓝梦想2035”的核心价值，在于连接科学、产业与公众，让海洋不再只是专家的话题，而成为全社会共同理解、关心与支持的事业。他强调，深圳作为一座高度开放、以科技创新见长的全球城市，在人工智能、大数据等前沿技术引领的时代，具备在海洋科技与可持续发展领域发挥引领作用的独特优势。

Zhang Zhanhai emphasized that the core mission of Deep Blue Voyager 2035 is to connect science, industry, and the public, enabling ocean issues to move beyond expert circles and become a shared societal commitment. By helping the public better understand, care for, and support the ocean, the initiative aims to encourage more responsible, science-based ocean action.

他进一步提出，应充分把握 APEC 年在深圳举办 的重要契机，联动 中国海洋经济博览会 与 “深蓝梦想2035” 十年、百万里环球科考行动，打造一个面向全球、广泛链接国际社会的海洋合作平台，向世界系统性展示中国在推动全球海洋可持续发展中的责任、能力与贡献。

He noted that Shenzhen, as a globally open city with strong technological innovation capabilities—particularly in areas such as AI and big data—is uniquely positioned to play a leading role in the next phase of ocean science and sustainability. Leveraging the APEC year in Shenzhen, together with the China Marine Economy Expo and the decade-long Deep Blue Voyager 2035 global expedition, Zhang highlighted the opportunity to scale up an international platform that connects China with the world—demonstrating China’s long-term commitment and contribution to global ocean sustainability.

阿肖克表示，深圳不仅是一座海洋与科技创新之城，更是一个让科学、技术与深海探索得以真正汇聚与落地的“全球门户”。在他看来，深圳所展现出的不仅是远见，更是一种具备执行力与协同意识的能力——一种“与世界共同前行”的准备状态。

Ashok highlighted that Shenzhen is not only a maritime and innovation hub, but a true global gateway where science, technology, and ocean exploration can converge in a concrete and actionable way. What impressed him most was the city’s vision, capacity, and its readiness to act—not in isolation, but through collaboration.

他回顾了去年在深圳举行的中国海洋经济博览会，见证了“深蓝梦想2035”项目的启动，并明确指出，法方对深化与中国在海洋探索领域的合作抱有坚定意愿。未来，双方将以签署合作谅解备忘录、形成更具存在感与行动力的联合机制为目标，推动中法在深海探索与海洋科技领域的务实合作不断向前。

Reflecting on the China Marine Economy Expo in Shenzhen last year, where he witnessed the launch of Deep Blue Voyager 2035 global expedition, Ashok emphasized a firm intention to work closely with China in the months ahead. This cooperation aims to move toward signing a memorandum of understanding and establishing a strong joint presence, laying the groundwork for deeper collaboration in deep-sea exploration and marine innovation.

张玉表示，今年的中国海洋经济博览会将是市场化运作的第二年，目标是通过更专业化的运作，将其打造成未来蓝色海洋经济的风向标。她强调，海博会不仅是展示技术的平台，更是企业技术首发秀场，希望参展企业通过这一平台展示前沿科技成果。

Zhang Yu mentioned that this year’s China Marine Economy Expo marks the second year of market-driven operations. The goal is to make it a leading platform for the blue ocean economy, with a focus on professional operation. The Expo is designed not only as a space for technology showcase but also as a premiere platform for companies to unveil their technological innovations.

今年的展会将设立多个场景化展区，其中包括结合“十五五”规划开局的重点海洋领域展示区，展示未来五年的战略成果。此外，还将与APEC年对接，设置国际展区，展示来自APEC沿线国家和其他海洋强国的创新产品，并与国内海洋企业进行联合展示，形成更广泛的国际合作与交流。

This year, the Expo will feature several thematic exhibition zones, including a key marine sector exhibition area aligned with the 15th Five-Year Plan, to showcase the next five years of strategic achievements. Additionally, in line with APEC year, an international exhibition zone will be created, featuring innovative products from APEC member countries and other leading maritime nations, providing a unique opportunity for both international and domestic marine enterprises to present together.
