多组学技术研究所（简称"多组学所"）是深圳医学科学院（SMART）重点建设的核心研究机构。研究所以多组学技术创新为核心驱动，致力于开发人工智能和新一代多组学大数据分析方法，构建服务于国家重大健康需求的高质量多组学数据资源，从分子层面系统解析人类健康与疾病机制，发现疾病新靶点。研究所与深圳国家基因库（SMART-NBC）将深度合作，协同发展，共同构建大健康人群及重大疾病多组学队列，推进多组学研究向临床转化应用，打造具有全球影响力的多组学技术创新与转化研究中心。

The Institute of Multi-Omics Technologies is a newly established core research institute within the Shenzhen Medical Academy of Research and Translation (SMART). Driven by innovation in multi-omics technologies, the Institute is dedicated to developing artificial intelligence and next-generation multi-omics big data analytics, building high-quality multi-omics data resources that serve major national health needs, and systematically dissecting the mechanisms of human health and disease at the molecular level to uncover novel disease targets. Through deep collaboration and coordinated development with the SMART-National Biobank of China (SMART-NBC), the Institute will jointly build large-scale multi-omics cohorts across healthy populations and major diseases, advancing the translational application of multi-omics research and establishing a globally recognized center for multi-omics technology innovation and translation.

Qualifications & EligibilityAcademic Excellence
1. Applicants should be internationally recognized experts in multi-omics, functional genomics, human genetics, population-scale big data analysis, systems biology, AI-driven biomedical research, or closely related fields, with outstanding academic achievements.
2. A tenured full professor appointment (or equivalent senior research position) at a recognized university or research institution is typically required.
Leadership & Management
1. Prior experience as a department chair, institute director, or leader of a major research program.
2. Demonstrated ability to recruit and mentor a diverse research team and manage administrative operations effectively.
3. Proven track record in securing competitive research funding and managing research grants.
4. Strong capacity for collaboration with leadership teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders.
