Phillip Kroft is currently the head coach of the University of Chicago men’s soccer team (2023–present). He has led the team to a USCAA national championship, holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and a master’s degree from the University of Missouri, and has experience in the youth academy system of MLS (Major League Soccer). He will meet face‑to‑face with participants to decode the rules of U.S. college athletic recruiting and reveal the true pathway to the “sports route” for Ivy League and other top universities.
