近年来，美育工作得到国家的高度重视。教育部全面实施学校美育浸润行动，明确提出提升学生审美感知、艺术表现等核心素养；文化和旅游部持续发力推动美术馆专业化建设，鼓励并支持开展长期性公共教育项目。在此背景下，深圳美术馆于2025年底正式启动“小小美术家扶持计划”，旨在健全公共教育职能，为少年儿童打造一方展示艺术才华、滋养审美心灵的专属空间。我们深信，每个孩子的笔触中都蕴藏着不可复制的天赋。通过系统培训、赛事历练、展览呈现与沉浸式体验，依托优质教育资源，我们致力于涵养少年儿童的审美人格，践行“艺术赋能成长、美育滋养城市”的愿景。
In recent years, art education has received significant national attention. The Ministry of Education has fully implemented the School Art Immersion Initiative, which explicitly aims to enhance students' core competencies in aesthetic perception and artistic expression. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has continued to promote the professional development of art museums, encouraging and supporting long-term public education programs. Against this backdrop, Shenzhen Art Museum officially launched the "Budding Artists Support Program" at the end of 2025, aiming to strengthen its public education mission and create a dedicated space where young artists can showcase their artistic talents and cultivate their aesthetic sensibilities.

Through systematic training, competition experience, exhibition presentation, and immersive learning, supported by quality educational resources, we strive to nurture the aesthetic character of young people and realize the vision of "empowering growth through art, enriching the city through art education."
针对“小小美术家扶持计划”，深圳美术馆对一层3号展厅进行了全面升级改造，先后完成了“小小美术家”标识的征集、评选与优化，组织专家论证会，并对全市征集作品进行评选。我们致力于将“小小美术家扶持计划”及其专属空间，打造为集培训研习、美术大赛、作品展示、优秀个案陈列于一体的少儿美育成长基地。
For the "Budding Artists Support Program," Shenzhen Art Museum has fully renovated Hall No. 3 on the first floor. The museum has conducted a call for, selection, and refinement of the "Budding Artists" logo, organized expert review meetings, and juried submissions from across the city. We are committed to developing the "Budding Artists Support Program" and its dedicated space into a comprehensive youth art education hub that integrates training, competition, exhibition, and special showcases of outstanding young artists.
自“小小美术家扶持计划”征稿启动以来，便受到社会各界的高度关注，累计收到全市各类投稿作品逾1400件，参与学校与机构达260家，充分彰显了少年儿童的艺术热忱及社会各界对儿童美育工作的大力支持。经专家严格评审，受展出空间所限，最终遴选出140幅儿童佳作集中呈现。本次“薪火相传 稚笔生花——2026深圳美术馆少儿艺术展”汇集了这些优秀少儿作品，涵盖中国画、油画、水彩、数字艺术等多元形式。孩子们以天马行空的想象，描绘城市生活、自然万物与未来憧憬，作品洋溢着不可复制的原创力量。
Since the call for entries for the "Budding Artists Support Program" was announced, it has received broad attention from all sectors of society. A total of over 1,400 submissions were received from across the city, involving 260 schools and institutions, fully demonstrating the artistic enthusiasm of young people and the strong support of the community for youth art education. Due to space limitations, 140 outstanding artworks by young artists were ultimately selected through a rigorous expert review process to be presented together. This exhibition, Passing the Torch, Budding Talents – 2026 Shenzhen Art Museum Youth Art Exhibition brings together these exceptional works, spanning diverse forms such as Chinese painting, oil painting, watercolor, and digital art. With boundless imagination, the young artists depict urban life, the natural world, and their visions of the future, resulting in works filled with an irreplaceable spirit of originality.
与本次展览同期呈现的，还有“墨彩童年——王明明 方楚雄儿童画作品特展”。该展览集中呈现了两位艺术家题材多样、风格多面的早期艺术探索，生动映照出他们在少年时期已展露的非凡才情与扎实功底。回望艺术史，诸多艺术大师的创作之光，皆萌发于童年。这些艺术大家的童年实践与早期成果启示我们：艺术教育的根本价值，在于唤醒儿童内在的感知力与创造力。每一幅童年画作，都可能是未来艺术征途的起点；每一个美术梦想，都值得被看见、被呵护。
Presented concurrently with this exhibition isIn a Child’s Brush – A Special Exhibition of Early Works by Wang Mingming and Fang Chuxiong. Featuring works the two artists created during their youth, this exhibition offers a diverse and multi-faceted look at their early artistic explorations, vividly reflecting the remarkable talent and solid foundation they already displayed as young artists.
Looking back at art history, the creative spark of many great masters can be traced to their childhood. Their early practices and achievements remind us that the fundamental value of art education lies in awakening a child's innate perception and creativity. Every childhood drawing may be the starting point of a future artistic journey; every artistic dream deserves to be seen and nurtured.
展望未来，深圳美术馆将持续深耕“小小美术家扶持计划”，力争在五年内将其打造为立足深圳、辐射大湾区、具有全国影响力的少儿美育品牌。以本地征集为起点，逐步拓展至全国乃至全球的少儿美术大展，让深圳成为少儿美术交流的重要枢纽。我们将不断完善公共美育服务职能，让更多孩子在艺术的沃土中自由生长，成长为兼具审美素养、文化自信与创新精神的未来建设者。
Looking ahead, Shenzhen Art Museum will continue to cultivate the "Budding Artists Support Program," striving within five years to establish it as a youth art education brand rooted in Shenzhen, radiating across the Greater Bay Area, and with national influence. Starting with local calls for entries, we will gradually expand to national and even international youth art exhibitions, positioning Shenzhen as a key hub for youth art exchange. We will continue to improve our public art education services, allowing more children to grow freely in the fertile soil of art and become future builders with aesthetic literacy, cultural confidence, and an innovative spirit.
