广东院+蓝天组获胜方案| 深圳沙头角口岸重建工程设计招标

Recently, the "Design Tender for the Reconstruction Project of Shatoujiao Port" announced the winning bid results. After rigorous evaluation, the consortium formed by Guangdong Architectural Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. and the internationally renowned architectural firm COOP HIMMELB(L)AU Wolf D. Prix & Partner ZT GmbH ("Coop Himmelb(l)au") defeated Beijing Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. // Zaha Hadid Limited; South China University of Technology Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. // Aedas Asia Limited (Aedas Asia Limited) and secured the top position, winning the design rights for the project.

The winning design concept centers around the theme of "Pegasus Soaring Together, Mountains and Seas Singing in Harmony." The overall design adopts a streamlined form, aiming to deeply integrate the open character of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong gateway with the mountainous and coastal features of the Yantian area, creating a new urban landmark that embodies both futuristic appeal and regional identity.

In terms of functional organization, the plan has planned the flow of people and vehicles in a reasonable and orderly manner, and adopted a setback design to create a pleasant entrance square, effectively resolving the pressure of building volume on the urban interface. The evaluation committee unanimously agreed that the plan has demonstrated comprehensive advantages in architectural design, environmental integration, green energy conservation, and feasibility of implementation.
