Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Engineering Documentation
Maintain reference documents to the latest revision in accordance with the LTS manual revision process, engineering standards, statutory regulatory requirements, and LTS quality/audit requirements.
Supply and update technical documents and shop routers for repair and overhaul, specifying detailed methods, tools, and materials to ensure continued component airworthiness.
2. Production Support
Provide technical support for production issues (e.g., warranty claims, quality findings, and CMM deviations) to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Develop technical preventive standards based on root cause investigations of quality issues and complaints to improve product quality.
Optimize the repair process, including knowledge exchange with the HAM/LTCS engineering team and technical clarification with OEMs.
3. New Capability Buildup
Lead LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) capability buildup by developing and preparing related documentation, coordinating with the Tool/Equipment Engineering team for support programs, and managing necessary material procurement.
4. New Method Development
Develop and implement new repair methods (e.g., DER & DOA, PMA) to improve reliability and reduce production costs.
5. Commercial Support
Prepare material cost and man-hour estimates for the sales bidding process, utilizing product maintenance knowledge and experience.
Provide technical support to sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries regarding technical specifications and configuration.
6. Developmental Responsibility
Technical Direction: Develop complex technologies, advance technical knowledge, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Leadership Direction: Act as backup to the Production Engineering Team Leader and provide coaching to junior engineers and apprentices as required.
Qualifications
1. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in aviation field or a related field.
2. A valid Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License is required for this role.
3. At least 10 years of relevant experience in aviation production or maintenance engineering is necessary.
4. The candidate must be capable of maintaining and updating technical documentation in compliance with airworthiness standards.
5. Experience providing technical support for production issues, quality findings, and warranty cases is essential.
6. The candidate will be responsible for tooling and documentation.
7. The ability to prepare cost estimates for sales bids and support customer technical inquiries is required.
8. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Chinese.
9. The position requires willingness to work shifts, travel occasionally.

开发和实施新的维修方法(例如,DER & DOA、PMA),以提高可靠性并降低生产成本。
5. 商业支持
利用产品维护知识和经验,为销售投标流程准备材料成本和工时估算。
为销售和客户服务团队提供技术支持,以解答客户关于技术规格和配置的咨询。
6. 发展责任
技术指导:开发复杂技术,提升技术知识水平,并促进工程团队内部的知识共享。
领导方向:作为生产工程团队负责人的后备人选,并根据需要为初级工程师和学徒提供指导。
资格:
1. 应聘者必须持有航空领域或相关领域的工程学士学位。
2. 担任此职位需持有有效的飞机维修人员执照。
至少需具备10年航空生产或维修工程方面的相关工作经验。
4. 候选人必须能够按照适航标准维护和更新技术文档。
5. 必须具备为生产问题、质量问题发现和保修案例提供技术支持的经验。
