一、招聘岗位

二、任职要求

Job requirements

1.学历要求：本科及以上学历者，毕业于985、211院校及QS前100院校优先考虑，学历学位证书齐全且真实有效。母语为英语的外籍人士及港澳人士优先。

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above; graduates from 985/211 universities or QS top 100 institutions are preferred. All academic credentials must be complete and verifiable. Native English speakers and candidates from Hong Kong and Macao are preferred.

2.核心能力：具备极强的策划与创意能力，能独立完成新媒体（图文、视频）内容选题策划、脚本撰写，善于挖掘热点、打造有记忆点的内容，网感敏锐，能精准捕捉新媒体传播趋势。

2. Core competencies: Strong planning and creative skills, with the ability to independently plan new media content (articles, images, and videos) topics and write scripts. Proficient in identifying trending topics, with a keen sense of new media trends.

3.语言能力：英语口语流利、书面表达能力优秀，能熟练运用英语完成内容创作、对外沟通等相关工作，通过英语专业八级考试者、“英语+小语种”多语种掌握者优先考虑。

3. Language skills: Fluent in English (speaking and writing), with the ability to proficiently use English for content creation and external communication. Candidates who have passed TEM-8 (Test for English Majors Band 8) or possess multilingual skills (English + other languages) are preferred.

4.实操能力：具备良好的镜头表现力，愿意接受出镜培养；熟练掌握短视频拍摄技巧，能独立完成拍摄工作；精通创意剪辑，可熟练使用各类剪辑工具，打造优质短视频作品。熟练运用Pr和Ae软件优先考虑。

4. Practical skills: Strong on-camera presence, proficient in video shooting, and skilled in video editing. Candidates who master Pr and Ae are preferred. 

5.审美与附加技能：拥有较高的审美水平，对内容视觉呈现、画面质感有严格要求；优先考虑会平面设计、能独立完成海报、封面等视觉素材制作的应聘者。

5. Aesthetic and additional skills: High aesthetic standards for visual presentation and image quality. Candidates with graphic design skills, capable of independently creating posters, covers, and other visual materials, are preferred.

6.其他素养：工作积极主动、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，能快速适应新媒体行业的工作节奏，接受合理工作安排。 

6. Other qualities: Proactive, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to quickly adapt to the fast-paced nature of the new media industry and handle reasonable work arrangements.
